Contship Italia Group presented the Southern Gateway Option during the Terminal Operator’s Conference Europe ( TOC Europe ) on June 10th
Invited by TOC organizers to debate the latest supply chain industry trends, the Group’s Commercial Director ( Marine Terminals ) presented to a wide audience, the latest developments in Italy, focusing on the progress and benefits of Contship value proposition as a market leader in the fields of marine terminals, rail and truck services, rail “hub” as well as a multi-faceted involvement in value added services used in the total global supply chain.
Michael Cashman explains…”My primary role is customer relationship management with global shipping lines and our marine terminals. The TOC Europe invitation presented a valuable opportunity to reach out to an extended audience to convey what Contship Italia Group is doing in Italy. There is the major task of changing perception and I thank those present, including BCOs’, Freight forwarders as well as media correspondents for their interest in being open to listen and interact about the step change that is happening in Italy.
