Photo and Video Release Form

Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR – EU Regulation No. 679/2016

Photographic, audio, and video recordings will be taken during the event. Contship considers the terms and conditions on privacy to be accepted and shall therefore be authorized, free of charge, to communicate, publish, and distribute photos and videos in any form on its website, social networks, or other media, as well as to store them in its digital archives, in compliance with the applicable privacy regulations. The processing of personal data and images is carried out in full compliance with the current privacy legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679, Legislative Decree 196/2003, and Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941).
