Contship Group together with ADSP Eastern Ligurian Sea to bring to Rotterdam the know-how of the La Spezia System
From May 21st to May 23rd, 2024, Contship will participate in Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam, one of the most important international trade fairs dedicated to the Breakbulk industry, now in its 19th edition. On Breakbulk 2024 agenda: renewable energy transition, overcoming the ongoing challenges in the global geopolitical atlas, and the future of the shipping economy.
As Contship Group, together with the Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ligure Orientale and a large delegation representing the La Spezia port cluster, we will be present at the Ports & Terminals pavilion (stand 2K14-L15) to promote the know-how and all the strengths that make the La Spezia Container Terminal (LSCT) a reference point for the breakbulk and special cargo sector at the European level.
The continued expansion of renewable energy projects, the development of infrastructure in emerging economies, and the growing need for plant machinery increasingly underscore the importance of maritime transport of noncontainerized cargo on container ships.
Today, the diversified set of specialized skills established over time enables Contship - thanks in part to synergies among the Group companies - to respond to the specific demands dictated by a dynamic and constantly evolving segment.
