Their mission is to enhance infrastructure and port development in Mongolia, boosting the competitiveness of the country’s transport and logistics sector. Paolo Bonetti, Honorary Consul of Mongolia in Lombardy, accompanied the delegation, along with Nicola Paradiso, Strategic Development Director; Sara Giannarelli, Business Analyst & Strategic Development; and Luca Demartis, Terminal Operations Manager at Contship.
“We are excited about the future opportunities this visit can generate. During the visit, we showcased our facilities and shared Contship’s expertise in maritime logistics and intermodal transport. The meeting was a valuable moment of cultural and professional exchange, allowing both parties to learn and grow while strengthening international relations between Italy and Mongolia,” stated Paradiso. He concluded, “We proudly contribute to developing international logistics infrastructures, particularly in countries like Mongolia, which serves as a significant logistics hub in northern Asia with substantial future potential.”
The meeting reaffirms Contship’s ongoing commitment to the growth and development of the Group’s activities through new international collaborations.
