I work in the import-export customs department, and in a short time, I have learned a lot, expanding my skills. Today, I manage key clients for the Group, and the positive relationships I have established are the most rewarding thing for me. Together with the entire team, we have an important responsibility: without our activities, goods could not travel. Days in customs can be hectic and require autonomy, precision, and much organization, but the satisfaction of managing everything well is perhaps what motivates me the most. My daily mantra? “Greta, you can do it!”

I joined the company right after finishing high school as a Control Room operator, and my responsibilities have gradually increased. At work, I bring the passion that I’ve always felt in Contship and that my colleagues instilled in me from the beginning: this is how I motivate my team today, always prioritizing people. Every day is unique: there is no routine, and this young and dynamic environment continuously stimulates me. The most challenging project so far? Leading the transition to a new operating system that moved the terminal from paper to tablet.
