KGaA, a company listed on the German stock market which controls the largest container terminal network in Europe. In addition to its directly controlled subsidiaries, the Group holds equity interests in several major maritime terminals located both in Italy (for example, in Ravenna and Salerno) and abroad, primarily in Morocco and Egypt, specifically at the terminals in Tangier and Damietta, respectively.
